Communicating Through the Stages of Dementia

  • Pendleton Community Public Library, Magnolia Room 595 East Water Street Pendleton, Indiana, 46064 United States (map)

Join us for an interactive, hands-on workshop designed to help you confidently navigate the communication and sensory changes that dementia can bring.

Together, we’ll explore:

  • How communication evolves as dementia progresses

  • How changes in the senses impact understanding and connection

  • Practical, real-life strategies to adapt your communication to meet your loved ones changing needs.

  • How to effectively communicate with care teams to advocate for your loved one

This isn’t just education—you’ll leave with tools you can use immediately and real experience practicing them.

Cost: $30 per person
RSVP to Lauren Ewing via call/text at 317-586-8089 or via email at lauren@alwaysavillage.com

You don’t have to figure this out alone—come learn, practice, and feel more confident in your caregiving journey.

Will be located within the Magnolia Room. This event is NOT sponsored by Pendleton Community Public Library.
